Delivery policy
Everything we sell is digital. No physical shipment, no shipping cost, no customs, no transit times.
1. What is delivered
PDF files, ready to read on screen and print on A4 paper, together with a usage guide. The exact contents of each offer are shown on the sales page and in the confirmation email.
Files are delivered in the language chosen at checkout: English, Portuguese or Spanish.
2. When it is delivered
Sending is automatic as soon as payment is confirmed, usually in under 5 minutes.
The maximum delivery time is 24 hours from payment confirmation. If nothing arrives within that window, the customer is entitled to immediate resending or a full refund, at their choice.
3. How it is delivered
By email, to the address given at checkout, with download links. No account to create, no app to install, no subscription to maintain.
Links stay valid for repeat downloads. We recommend keeping the email and saving a copy of the files to your device.
4. If it does not arrive
Check spam, junk and promotions folders and search for Lilstep. That is where it is in the vast majority of cases.
If the problem persists, write to support@mylilstep.com quoting the address used at checkout. We resend at no cost, to a different address if needed.
5. Technical requirements
A PDF reader is all you need, and one comes built into virtually every computer, phone and tablet. Any home printer will do, colour or black and white.
No permanent internet connection is required after downloading.
6. Costs
Digital delivery carries no additional cost. The amount paid at checkout is the total amount.
