Content licence
What you can and cannot do with the files once you have bought them.
1. What the purchase gives you
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use, store, print and reprint the files within your own household.
You may print as many copies as you need for the children in your household, and reprint them whenever you like, without limit.
2. What is not permitted
Reselling, renting, assigning, sublicensing or distributing the files, in whole or in part, whether free of charge or for money.
Publishing the files on websites, social networks, messaging groups, file-sharing platforms, publicly accessible cloud folders or any other means that gives third parties access.
Using the content in nurseries, kindergartens, schools, workshops, tutoring or any professional, commercial or institutional context.
Removing marks, credits or copyright notices, or creating derivative works from the material.
3. Professional or institutional use
Possible, under a specific licence. Write to support@mylilstep.com describing the setting and the number of children or educators involved, and we will send terms.
4. Copyright and takedowns
The content is protected by copyright law and the applicable international instruments.
If you find our material being distributed without authorisation, please let us know at support@mylilstep.com. We take it up with the platform concerned.
If you believe content published on this site infringes rights you hold, write to support@mylilstep.com identifying the work, the exact location where it is published and proof of ownership. We review and respond within 5 business days.
5. Revocation
Serious breach of this licence, in particular unauthorised distribution, entitles us to revoke it without refund, without prejudice to any civil and criminal liability.
